Post Grad Diploma Show
The studio presentation above was the final decision on the hanging on one of the studio walls. They turn out coincidentally to be in the chronological order that they were painted in from left to right, however the main consideration was a potential narrative which might form in the mind of the viewer.
Destruction and Renewal
The Friends of Auckland Art Gallery have an annual Student Exhibition which took place this year at AUT's Gallery 3 in Symonds Street.
I had two paintings in the show; 'Urban Park 1 [Girl in Drive]' and 'Urban Park 3'
Don Binney, one of the patrons spoke at the opening along with the Director of the Auckland Art Gallery and Desna Jury of Department of Art & Design, AUT

Lake House Cafe exhibition
My exhibition at the Lake House Cafe has opened and will be open for three weeks until June 1st. In the main gallery is the NZ International Body Arts Awards photographic exhibition.
Mine, being at the cafe means that one can enjoy an excellent cup of coffee with cake or lunch while looking at the paintings.
The Lake House is also a fascinating building built in 1890's which was once sited at Takapuna beach and physically moved in chunks to it's present site in 1996.
